What to expect

• You can choose in-person sessions (indoors and outside), online sessions, or a mix of both, depending on what works for you. Jackpine Theory Therapy is based in Kindrogen House in Perthshire.

• You can expect an email after you sign up asking you to confirm; then I’ll be in touch in the New Year when bookings open.

• There is no obligation or pressure by adding yourself to the waitlist, just a way to stay in touch.
